The piece examined how colleges and universities can responsibly attract and support military-connected students, urging institutions to move beyond hollow “military-friendly” branding toward real accountability and transparency. Matt’s analysis critiqued the Department of Education’s 8 Keys to Veterans’ Success initiative and exposed how unchecked federal incentives can distort genuine support for veterans.
